Christopher Hardwick is the Managing Director of Build Technology Group bringing over a decade of leadership to
the Atlanta-based technology firm. With a career spanning enterprise software development, solutions
architecture, and technology leadership, Christopher is recognized across his industry as a rare combination of
deep technical expert and seasoned business leader.
Throughout his career, Christopher has built a reputation as someone teams are built around. Colleagues and

Matt Roberts is the Director of Software Development at Build Technology Group, where he has led software
development efforts for over a decade in the Atlanta metropolitan area. He holds a Bachelor of Science in
Computer Science from Georgia Tech.
Matt brings a broad and deep background in software engineering, with experience spanning enterprise platforms,
e-commerce systems, cloud architecture, and build infrastructure. Before joining Build Technology Group, he held
senior development roles at well-known organizations including Microsoft, Fiserv, and several Atlanta-based
technology companies.
At Microsoft, Matt designed and built WCF services supporting cloud integration with major wireless carriers and
developed configuration systems serving over 20 components within a cloud platform. At Fiserv, he created
automation frameworks that reduced on-site consultant time for enterprise software deployments. During his time
at Instawares, he led the design and development of complex backend systems including payment processing
services, tax calculation integrations, and a full order management platform built on Microsoft Azure Service
Bus.
Matt has consistently worked at the intersection of technical architecture and practical business problem
solving, designing systems that improve operational efficiency, reduce complexity, and scale to meet growing

Matt Roberts

Malcolm Mitchell is a Principal Engineer at Build Technology Group, where he has worked since 2019. He leads
the delivery of complex software solutions across a range of industries, with a focus on scalable architecture,
robust integration, and high performance. His current work includes overseeing an IoT RFID inventory management
platform, a warehouse management and point-of-sale Android application, endoscope inspection software used in
critical environments such as oil rigs, and a Product Information Management system. He manages multiple
development teams while remaining hands-on across the full software lifecycle.
Malcolm’s technical expertise centers on React Native, React, C#, .NET Core, and JavaScript. He has published
and distributed applications across Azure, AWS, and enterprise Android device management platforms, and has
developed native modules to expose hardware features to mobile applications. Earlier in his career, he
contributed to a HIPAA-compliant mobile application for the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency, giving him experience
building software in highly regulated environments.

development, he worked in business development, marketing, and outreach, giving him an understanding of how
